The Applications (Hard copy) should consists of.
a) Filled Provisional certificate application with principal Signature and stamp.
b) Filled CMM format by the candidate with principal attestation with stamp and student signature.
c) SSC Certificate with principal attestation with stamp.

The above filled applications (hard copies) along with required fees should be submitted to the CE
Office on 04-07-2016 without fail

The university is proposed to complete the process of PC & CMM PHASE-II Generation at the
earliest possible and the status will be placed in the examination portal at regular intervals of time.
